Overview - Participants Principal Investigators Robert Beardsley Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Woods Hole, Massachusetts Bob serves on the LTER advisory steering committee and helps with the analysis of the drifter data and integration of the drifter data and other LTER data. Richard Limeburner Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Woods Hole, Massachusetts Dick aquires and edits the ARGOS data and collaborates with Beardsley and Ducklow on a detailed analysis and synthesis of the new LTER data . Hugh Ducklow Virginia Institute of Marine Science, Gloucester Point, Virginia Principal Investigator for the Palmer Antarctica Long Term Ecological Research Project (PAL-LTER). Hugh's research focuses on temporal and spatial variations of bacterial biomass, growth dynamics, and organic matter utilization.
