| Unedited Merged Pressure, Temperature, Conductivity Data 20010
Three bottom pressure,temperature,conductivity instruments (Sea Bird SBE 26 Sea Gauges and SBE 37 Microcats) were deployed ifor 2.5 years (Apr 2008 to Oct 2010) along the Red Sea coast at Jeddah, Thuwal and Rabigh by attaching the instruments to a local pier at a nominal depth of 3m. The total merged pressure data (water and air) is available here in a Matlab format. The 3 SBE Sea Gauge pressure data files are named
jedmsg3m300s.mat for Jeddah
thumsg3m300s.mat for Thuwal
rabmsg3m300s.mat for Rabigh
The SeaGauge merged data arrays are jdaysgm=julian day, sspm = measured total pressure (db) - measured atmospheric pressure, tempsgm= temperature(C)
The SeaGauge merged pressure data from April 2008 to May 2011 is in a zip file named pressure_merged_jul_2011.zip
The 3 SBE Microcat temperature/salinity data files are named

thummc3m300s.mat for Thuwal
rabmmc3m300s.mat for Rabigh
The merged deployment T/S data arrays are jday=julian day, cond = conductivity (ms/cm), sal = salinity ppt, temp= temperature(C)
The salinity data from April 2008 to May 2010 is in a zip file named Kaust_Salinity_Deploym.zip
