Aurora Sat shot
This satellite image shows what the Aurora Borealis looks like from space. The ship's position is given by the cross, and the Aurora is the group of wispy filaments over northwestern Alaska. The satellite image was captured by the Healy's Terascan receiver system and processed by Marine Science Technician Senior Chief Glen Hendrickson.
